When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the date and time of signup, where on the site you signed up, the version of this policy shown to you, and whether you separately chose to receive marketing emails.

We use your email address to manage the waitlist and send requested updates about your waitlist status, Cerilo’s launch, and access to the product. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional product news, promotions, and special offers.

We process waitlist information to provide the updates you requested and to operate and protect our service. We send promotional marketing only with your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, store waitlist records, and deliver emails. They may process information only to provide services to Cerilo. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

We retain waitlist information while the waitlist is active and for as long as reasonably needed to launch and operate Cerilo, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any promotional email. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or contact your local privacy authority.

The waitlist is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as Cerilo develops. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. If changes materially affect how we use your information, we will provide additional notice when required.
